
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¾ cup water
½ cup orange juice
7 tbsp cocoa
¼ cup chocolate liquor
For the Glaze
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cocoa

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 10 or 12 cup bundt pan with baking spray.

Beat together eggs and sugar until light in color. Add oil and vanilla, then mix. Stir together flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and add to mixer bowl. Add water and orange juice and liquor. Sift in the cocoa and mix until well-combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 60 Minutes.

Remove from oven to cool. Release from pan by gently pulling the cake away from the sides of the pan and turning over.
For the Glaze

Combine confectioners’ sugar with water, oil and cocoa, whisking until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
