 3 eggs
 1 ¾ cups potato starch
 2 tbsp sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ cup oil

In a large bowl combine all ingredients with a fork, mixing until creamy.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 Minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into squares.

Return to oven and bake for additional 30 Minutes.
