Two layers of fruit give this crumble tons of flavor!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar and baking powder. Add egg and egg yolk, vanilla and oil and combine using a pastry blender just until large crumbs form.
Spread 1/3 of the crumbs in a deep 9” glass or ceramic baking dish. Spread strawberry Filling over the crumbs. Add another 1/3 of the crumbs to cover the filling. Spread the blueberry Filling over the crumbs. Top with the remaining 1/3 crumbs.
Bake 45 Minutes to 1 Hours or until crumbs are golden.
This recipe will also fill twelve 5–6-ounce ramekins. Divide crumbs in thirds and follow instructions above to fill each ramekin. Bake 30 Minutes- 35 Minutes.
