Take your chocolate to the next level with this delicious bars.
1 cup ground chocolate sandwich cookies
1 cup sandwich cookies, chopped, for garnish

Chop both chocolates and melt in a double boiler or microwave.

Add ground cookies and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into mold and place chopped cookies on top.

Allow to set completely before unmolding.

Repeat with remaining chocolate mixture.
