
1 cup margarine, softened (2 sticks)
1 ¾ cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups flour
8 oz butterscotch chips
2 oz baking chocolate

Preheat oven to 350o. Cream margarine with brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract and continue mixing until creamy. Stir in flour.

When all incorporated add the chips. Using a rubber spatula, press batter into a lightly sprayed 9” x 13” baking pan. Bake for 40 Minutes or until a cake tester or toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cake.

Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes and cut into bars. Melt chocolate in a microwave oven or double boiler. Drizzle bars with chocolate. Store airtight.
