These are soft and chewy honey cookies are sprinkled with a pinch of sea salt for the ultimate sweet & salty experience.

In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine margarine, oil, brown sugar, and honey on medium speed until the mixture is smooth, about 1 Minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring on low to combine.Â
Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir on low, just until combined.
Line 2 sheet pans with parchment paper.Â
Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop dough onto the prepared pan. Once finished, cover the sheet pan and freeze until firm, about 30 Minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake just until the edges of the cookies are set and beginning to brown, about 12 Minutes- 14 Minutes.Â
Remove from oven and sprinkle the tops with additional sea salt if desired.
