
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 or 12 cup Bundt pan.
Cream the butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and sour cream. Mix until combined.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to batter in three additions. Batter will be thick.
Remove one cup batter and combine it with the praline paste.
Spread half of the plain batter into the bundt pan. Spread praline batter over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter on top, filling in all areas with a spatula or spoon. Swirl through batter with a knife slightly to marbleize filling. Smooth top of cake batter.
Bake for 55 Minutes minutes or until a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Invert cake onto serving platter to unmold.
Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

Can this be made parave?
Of course any recipe can be made parve but the tangy taste imparted by the sour cream gives this cake a unique flavor. We have many parve bundt cakes. you can always use praline instead of any swirl.
