Lamb Chops with Garlic Crust

Try this for a restaurant-style dish at home!

 1 cup bread crumbs
 ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
 6 cloves garlic
 2 eggs
 Olive oil
 Kosher salt
 Freshly ground black pepper
 6 baby lamb chops

In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.

Season chops with salt and pepper and dip into beaten eggs.

Press bread crumb mixture firmly onto each lamb chop.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat.

Place 3 lamb chops in skillet cook until crust is browned, 3 to 4 minutes.

Turn chops over and cook for 5 minutes more for medium rare.

Repeat with remaining chops.

For more well done chops, transfer chops to a sheet pan and put into the preheated oven for 15 Minutes to 20 Minutes
