Make an unbelievable basil pesto to serve at your Sunday lunch buffet. Your guests will not stop raving!

⅔ cup pine nuts
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 cups fresh basil leaves (stems removed)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp kosher salt
1 lb spaghetti or linguine

Place pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, and basil in a food processor, process until evenly pureed, about 15 seconds.

Remove from processor and place in a small bowl.

Mix in parmesan and add salt to taste.
Set aside.

Cook Pasta until fork tender and drain well.

Toss with pesto and serve hot.
