Herbed Rice

 1 Large Onion, diced
 6 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary or 1/2 tablespoon dried
 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme or 1/2 tablespoon dried
 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Sage or 1/2 tablespoon dried
 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley or 1/2 tablespoon dried
 2 cups Diced Pastrami
 34 cups Cooked Long Grain Rice
 Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and herbs. Cook over medium-low heat until fragrant and the onions are translucent.

Turn up the heat to medium. Add the pastrami. Cook, stirring, for about 1 Minute. Turn off the heat. Stir in the cooked rice. Serve immediately.
