
8 cups Milk
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
10 oz Good Quality Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
8 oz Hazelnut Praline Paste
1 Can Whipped Cream
8 Cinnamon Sticks

Heat milk, water, sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and praline until they melt into milk.

Pour into small mugs or cups and top with whipped cream swirls and a cinnamon stick.
