
1 pineapple
3 firm peaches or nectarines
strawberries
1 small cantaloupe
¼ cup canola oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil the grill grate with an oil-dampened paper towel or a grill brush.

Cut pineapple into chunks. Slice peaches into large wedges.

Cube cantaloupe into 1-1/2 inch chunks.

Thread skewers with alternating pieces of fruit, beginning and ending with pineapple.

Combine oil, lemon juice and honey. Brush kabobs well with sauce and place on grill.

Cook 5 Minutes on each side, brushing with dressing. Remove and serve immediately with a large scoop of pareve ice cream.
