You can substitute any fruit or other flavor jello if you prefer.

2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs or 15 graham crackers, ground fine
6 tbsp Butter, melted
1 ½ cups Sugar
4 (8 ounces) Packages Unwhipped Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1 (3 ounces) Package Strawberry Gelatin
2 cups Frozen Strawberries, thawed and chopped
8 oz Heavy Cream

Mix graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar with mixer until blended. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in chopped strawberries.

In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Cut in bars or squares to serve.
