2 heads of garlic, cut in half crosswise

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 350. Place rosemary, garlic, and scallions in a roasting pan.

Place chicken, skin side up, on top of aromatics. Roast, uncovered, until chicken is cooked through, 45 Minutes minutes.

Brush chicken with 1 Tbsp. oil and turn on broiler. Broil 10 Minutes or until skin chars. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
