Place flour, sugar and yeast in the bowl of your mixer.

Add remaining ingredients and knead for 8 to 10 minutes at low speed.

Allow dough to rise for 45 Minutes, then deflate (punch down) and let it rise a second time for 30Minutes.

Prepare Filling- Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Grease and flour three 8” or 9” loaf pans.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Divide dough into 3 equal parts.

Working with one piece, roll out to an 8” x12” rectangle.

Spread with 1/3 of the filling over the dough, edge to edge.

Starting at the short edge, roll up so you have an 8” roll.

Cut the roll down the center of the length.

From the top end, gently twist one side over the other until the whole piece is twisted. Place in prepared pan.

Repeat with remaining two pieces of dough.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden.
