Prepare your chicken breast for the grill. Use a meat tenderizer to thin the cutlets. Place 1 cup BBQ sauce in a bowl an marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill to medium-low, and brush the grate with oil.

Remove chicken from marinade. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook, turning the pieces once for about 2 minutes per side.

Use a basting brush to brush the chicken with the remaining 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, and continue to cook, 2 minutes longer, reapplying barbecue sauce until it is cooked through.

Serve the chicken hot or warm.
