Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing the tuile from the mold.

½cupolive oil
2tbsp oil
1 onion
2bunches white asparagus,
6cups chicken stock
1cup dry or semi-dry white wine

For the Tuile:
2egg whites,
½cupflour
3tbsplight olive or canola oil
½tsp kosher salt
For Color:
1tsp paprika or 2 frozen parsley cubes
