
1 lb Farmer Cheese
½ cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Butter
¼ cup Sugar

Mix farmer cheese and eggs until well combined. Add 1/2; cup sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well and form into 2 inch balls. Set aside.

Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and carefully add the cheese balls, 3 or 4 at a time. Cook for 15 to 20 Minutes or until they rise to the top. Using a slotted spoon, remove the balls from the cooking liquid and set aside on paper towels to drain.

In a large skillet, melt butter and brown the bread crumbs and sugar, stirring constantly. Once they are a dark golden color, turn off the heat and place the cheese balls in the crumbs, turning to coat them on all sides. Cool to room temperature before serving.
