Lightly battered, pan-seared/baked, and then tossed in buffalo sauce, it's ideal for people who don't like chicken. It's delicious, parve, and rivals buffalo chicken wings in flavor!

oil for frying pan
Sauce
¾ cup hot and spicy duck sauce
¾ cup original barbecue sauce
3 -4 drops soy sauce
Batter
1 cup flour
½ cup water
3 tbsp oil
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
dash of garlic powder
dash of paprika
1 Cut tilapia slices in half and then into nugget sized pieces.
2 In a bowl, combine batter ingredients and dip tilapia into it.
3 Fill a large frying pan halfway with oil and heat over medium flame.
4 When the oil is hot, add tilapia nuggets and fry on both sides until puffy and golden.
6 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
7 Place the fried tilapia nuggets into a 9"x13" baking dish.
8 Combine sauce ingredients and pour over nuggets.
10 Uncover and bake for another 25 Minutes to become crispy.
