
For the Cake:
2 cups Flour
¾ cup Orange Juice
2 cups Sugar
¼ cup Vodka
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ cup Amaretto
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
1 cup Oil
For the Icing:
1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
1 tbsp Orange Juice
1 tsp Vodka

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 or 12 cup Bundt pan.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder & pudding mix. Stir until combined. Add eggs and oil. Mix. Add orange juice, and liquors. Mix only until batter is smooth, stopping mixer to scrape the sides of the bowl, if necessary. Do not overmix. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 Hour. Cool.
For the Icing:

Combine in a bowl until smooth and drizzle over cooled cake.
