
3 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Caorse or Dijon Mustard
1 Small Shallot, diced
2 tbsp Honey
½ cup Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, shallot, and honey. Whisking constantly, drizzle in oil and keep whisking until thoroughly combined.

Serve you're your favorite leafy green salad.

This vinaigrette is also excellent poured over salmon filets and baked.
