 6 thin-cut rib steaks
 2 large onions, sliced thinly into rings
 1 cup Bone Suckin’ Sauce or any other good quality Barbeque Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place steaks in a large roasting pan and spread onions on top. Cover tightly and bake 90 Minutes.

Remove pan from the oven and discard onions. Pour off accumulated juices and discard. Flip the steaks over and brush steaks generously with Bone Suckin’ Sauce. Turn oven up to broil and broil about 10 Minutes.
