 4 Large Carrots, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices
 2 tbsp Canola Oil
 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
 2 tbsp Flour
 ½ cup Water
 ½ cup Sugar
 ½ cup Honey

Place carrots in a medium sauce pan, add oil and salt and saute over low heat until slightly softened; about 30 Minutes. Add flour, water, sugar and honey and stir well. Continue cooking over low heat for an additional 10 Minutes or until you no longer taste the flour. The sauce will be thick and the carrots should be fairly sweet. You can add more honey is you like.
