Fruity Sorbet

 1 lb Frozen Strawberries or Mango
 ¾ cup sugar
 2 tbsp instant vanilla pudding
 2 eggs
 ½ cup oil

In the bowl of a food processor using the "S" blade, pulse the frozen fruit and sugar until fruit is finely chopped.

Add the instant pudding and pulse for 15 seconds.

Add the eggs and oil. Process well until ingredients are smooth.

Pour sorbet mixture into silicone pop molds. Freeze until firm.
Unmold before serving.

Yields 24 mini pops or 10-12 larger bars
