By definition,  ‘coating‘ chocolate, has the  cocoa butter replaced by vegetable oils and cocoa powder is used instead of cocoa mass. However, if made with quality ingredients, coating chocolate can be a nice product. you get the benefits of good chocolate without the labor needed when tempering. Sold by the pound.

Ingredients: sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, (coconut, palm, palm kernel, and soy), titanium dioxide, lecithin, salt, artificial flavor.
