Silikomart RAINBOW Mold

Rainbow 26 consists of a silicone mould and a double use cutter. Silicone mould is suitable for the creation of the main body of the preparation (mousse/semifreddo/cake), while the cutter is suitable for shortcrust/biscuit that fit perfectly into the shape of the preparation. The cutter is also suitable for chocolate decorations by tempering the chocolate between two sheets and then cut.
