Created in honor of Nordic Ware’s 75th anniversary, this Braided mini bundtlette pan helps you create a dozen Bundt® cakelets that turn any occasion into a celebration. Top your finished cakelets with glaze or confectioners’ sugar.
Bundt usage tips:
• Use baking spray with flour and make sure pan is well coated. You should see the white flour film.
• Bake in a preheated oven.
• Check oven temperature. If your cake browns too quickly, try baking at 25 degrees lower. Use an oven thermometer to accurately test oven temperature.
• Remove pan from oven when a cake tester or skewer inserted in the center, comes out clean.
• When the cake is done, it will begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Gently ease it away from the sides using your fingertips or plastic Bundt tools. Never use a knife as it will compromise the non-stick coating
• Clean Bundt pans with a stiff-bristled dish brush or the Bundt cleaning tool. Bristles will get into all the grooves better than sponges or scrubbers. Cleaning the residue left by the baking spray is the best way to prevent buildup that will eventually keep the cake from releasing properly.
