The edible wafer paper is made from potato starch, water, and vegetable oil. It is smooth on both sides. These edible decorations are gluten free and sugar free. Our products are tasteless and won’t “melt” into the frosting. These designs will remain as a thin sheet on top of your creation, allowing the flavor of your sweet confection to shine through.
