Directions: In the mixer combine donut mix with 1 cup very warm water. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover and rise for 45 minutes. Heat oil to 375 degrees. Fry donuts until golden. Drain on a rack. Fill with desired filling: bavarian cream, donut jelly, caramel.

Yields: 12 Doughnut

Ingredients: Flour, dextrose, blend of hydrogenated vegetable shortening (may contain soybean and or cottonseed), vegetable mono-and diglycerides, soy flour, salt, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium benzoate, FD&C lake yellow #5, Fleishmans Instant yeast
