Coloring is achieved through the dispersion of the colored particles in food. Water based colors are not compatible with chocolate. Insoluble food colors are used to color oil-based products, such as chocolate, buttercream, and candy and pastry coatings. It is perfect to limit color bleeding when several colors are side by side. Roxy & Rich colors feature a Matte finish and are ideal for fatty substances, such as chocolate. Powder is Gluten Free, Lactose Free, Nut Free, Vegan.
