Our Return Policies


Returns of new, unused items are accepted for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase excluding food items or gift baskets. For any exchange or return issue, please email custserv@thepeppermillinc.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RA Number.
 If you would like to ship back an item please pack and tape securely and send back freight prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns. You may also return an item in our retail store.
 
Sale and clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.
 
 
All products we sell are subject the this 30-day return policy. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed. The customer is entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty and The Pepppermill  offers no independent warranty. Defective items returned after 30 days will be replaced according to the manufacturers policies.
We cannot accept for return any items that have been used.
 
NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be accepted within 30 days from the invoice date if the product is not opened and is in new, saleable condition.  All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a return. Absolutely no returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at custserv@thepeppermillinc.com.  Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. We will arrange for a carrier inspection and/or pickup of the damaged product.

In the event that you do not receive the product you ordered, please contact us to arrange to pickup the incorrect product at no charge to you. Please report the problem to custserv@thepeppermillinc.com at the time you receive your order. We will expedite the shipment of the correct product.

We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Be sure that the carrier can provide you with a Proof of Delivery as the customer is responsible for the item until such time that it reaches our return department.  The Peppermill will pay freight only on replacement of defective product to the customer.

Due to manufacturers’ policies and restrictions, we cannot accept returns of items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.
