Ordering
When placing an order with us you will be required to provide payment information. You will be asked to key in your credit card number, name on the card, and expiration date. We will also need the billing address for this card. We use a secure server utilizing the latest in encryption technology to ensure this information cannot be intercepted. This information is not shared with anyone and is used solely to verify the validity of the credit card. Providing us with the your telephone number and e-mail address will ensure that we’re able to contact you regarding your order, if necessary.
Shipping
Shipping terms are F.O.B. Brooklyn, New York. Delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays. We ship via UPS or USPS within the 48 continental states, Alaska, Hawaii and/or Puerto Rico. Charges are added to every order and are based on the weight and value of the order and the service requested (overnight, next day, 2nd day, 3rd day). As a courtesy to our servicemen abroad we will ship to APO/FPO Boxes via the US Postal Service. Please allow extra time for these orders.

The Peppermill makes every effort to keep ensure accuracy of its prices on our website. All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices, products and offers, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to circumstances beyond our control such as product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes or errors in advertisement.
If an error is made and an incorrect price is listed we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for the product at the incorrect price. In addition, we cannot guarantee any prices listed on other Web sites or search engines.
