The perfect complement to gefilte fish, baked or fried. Thin with a bit of water to make a salad dressing for a tossed salad made of romaine lettuce, peeled tomatoes, radishes and peppers and diced red onion.
1 cup Home-made Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Grated Fresh Horseradish (or more to taste)
1 Garlic Clove, crushed, optional
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic (if using) and lemon juice in small bowl until well blended. Cover and keep refrigerated. Serve with cold poached fish or mix it into mashed potatoes.
