Greek Salad

4 ripe but firm plum tomatoes

1 medium onion

1 seedless cucumber

½ teaspoon kosher salt

1 package feta cheese

½ cup black olives, sliced

½ teaspoon dried oregano

3 tablespoons olive oil

 

Cut the tomatoes, the onion and the cucumber in thin slices. Mix them in medium bowl with the salt and add crumbled feta cheese, olives and oregano.  Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
