Tuna Melt Wrap

Tuna Melt Wrap

3  6 ounce cans chunk white tuna, drained and flaked
3-4 scallions, checked and sliced
3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon or yellow mustard
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
3-4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
6 wraps


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine tuna, scallions, cheeses, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and dill in a medium bowl.  Stir until blended. Divide tuna mixture among 6 wraps, placing the tuna at one edge. Sprinkle with cheeses.  Roll wrap over filling blintze-style.  Place on ungreased baking sheets; bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.

Serve the Tuna Melts with salad for a nutritious, easy supper.
