5 firm bananas
3 firm peaches or nectarines
1 small cantaloupe
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil the grill grate with an oil-dampened paper towel or a grill brush.
Cut bananas into 1-1/2 inch chunks. Slice peaches into large wedges. Cube cantaloupe into 1-1/2 inch chunks. Thread skewers with alternating pieces of fruit, beginning and ending with bananas.
Combine oil, lemon juice and honey. Brush kabobs well with sauce and place on grill. Cook 5 minutes on each side, brushing with dressing. Remove and serve immediately with a large scoop of pareve ice cream.
