2 cups (packed) finely chopped, seedless watermelon
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup sugar (or more if necessary)
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Puree until very smooth. Taste the mixture, if the watermelon is not particularly sweet you may want to add a few more tablespoons of sugar.
Pour into 8 ice pop molds, each about ¼ cup capacity. Freeze until firm.
