6 ears of fresh corn in the husk
Trim top of husk and any strands protruding from the top of the husk. Soak corn in the husk by placing them in a strong zipper-seal bag and filling the bag with water. Soak corn 30 minutes. Remove corn from bag and pat dry. Heat grill to medium-high and place the corn on the grate--no foil needed. Grill 45 minutes and remove. Let the corn rest for 5 minutes before removing husk. Serve hot or at room temperature.
